The food you will eat on the boat during your holiday, drinks, cleaning materials to be used, tubes, ice, etc. all consumables constitute the food. The options you can choose about shopping for food are completely left to you.
Option 1: Before the tour, we can do the shopping for the food list, which will be prepared according to your wishes, on your behalf, and we can have it loaded on the boat before you arrive. When you arrive, you can make the payment to the relevant suppliers by cash or credit card on the purchase invoices. In general practice, this method is used, which saves you a lot of time.
Option 2: Before the tour, you can do the shopping for the food list that will be prepared according to your wishes and have it loaded on the boat.
Option 3: You do not interfere with anything, we offer you full board accommodation during your holiday. In this case, you can choose one of our Standard, Luxury or Deluxe menus and pay a price ranging between 35 and 55 Euros per person per day, and make your holiday all-inclusive except for alcoholic beverages. You can supply your alcoholic beverages as you wish and bring them to the boat.
In each option, all service is done by the boat personnel. Boat personnel are also taken into account while preparing the food list.
When you want to use your right to cancel the reservation, the following cancellation conditions apply depending on the time interval between the confirmation of the reservation and the cancellation:
For cancellations made 90 days or more before the date of entry to the boat, 20% of the total tour cost will be deducted from the paid deposit fee and the remaining amount will be returned to you.
For cancellations made between 89 and 30 days before the boat entry date, 40% of the total tour cost will be deducted from the paid deposit fee and the remaining amount will be returned to you.
In case of cancellations made within 29 days before the departure date, the entire tour cost is collected.
APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) fee of 30% of the charter fee will be charged before the service.
APA: The amount MYBA deems appropriate is 25% of the total payment. However, this amount can be 30% in some ultra luxury yachts. Food, drink, port fees are given to the captain before he sails, this payment is designed to cover other expenses such as fuel, groceries and other expenses. APA, which is 25% of the charter fee delivered to the captain in order to make up for the motor fuels, oils and other deficiencies of the yacht, are the payments made by the captain on your behalf. All invoices and cash expenditure accounts must be completed prior to the yacht's abandonment prior to the final disembarkation date. The Captain will give you a breakdown of his expenses and if less than the APA amount has been spent, he will refund the rest to you. If the amount of spending exceeds the amount of APA, you must top up.
There are separate cabins for the 4 crew accompanying you on your cruise. The Crew organizes all meals, cleaning, maintenance, and daily activities during the cruise. Safety and comfort of our guests is an absolute priority and the crew has been trained to ensure that. They retire to their own cabins once there are no more jobs or when you need privacy.
